We understand the burden of construction on a household, and therefore we stress the importance of efficient project completion. Our team will manage the scheduling of each sub-contractor to make sure your project is completed in a timely manner.

Back Bay Builders takes pride in a clean job site and attention to detail. At the beginning of each work day, we make sure all floors are protected, all furniture is covered and all non-construction rooms are closed off from dust and debris. At the end of each day, our team vacuums and ensures your home is as clean as possible.

We are happy to accommodate any changes throughout the construction process. Our team will meet with you and create a written change order with updated pricing, as well as any scheduling delays that may occur.

Kitchens and bathrooms are the most desired areas to remodel. However, we also renovate basements, mud rooms and decks. Our team is skilled at replacing windows, and building additions.

Most of our clientele are located in the Greater Portland Area, however we have completed numerous projects in Brunswick, Richmond, Saco, and Kittery.

We require a 25% deposit to schedule your project. After we begin the project, you will receive quarterly progression invoices.

Back Bay Builders is lead certified and insured. We support licensing to keep the trade more professional. However, the State of Maine does not require building contractors to be licensed.
